Elena Ignatieva

Elena graduated with honors from Rostov-on-Don State University and later the London School of Economics and Political Science. She worked for the leading international investment banks Brunswick-Warburg and Credit Suisse First Boston. After the birth of her first child she challenged herself with her own projects.

In 2003 she founded an international kindergarten” Kids' Estate”. Now, children from more than 10 countries of Europe and Asia attend the kindergarten. Training and education here are conducted in Russian and English.

Over the years Elena has become an expert in the field of preschool education. Under her guidance “Kids Estate” has become a creative and testing site for implementation of the principles of bilingual and inclusive education. In 2016 under Elena’s guidance the work on the IT platform SmartSchoolPro was initiated.

«There are no problems; there are some challenges which have to be solved! » This is Elena’s motto which always encourages the team not to give up in the difficult situations and always move forward.

Elena was awarded the prize “Impeccable Reputation” at the contest “Business Women 2015” arranged by «Ernst & Young». She was awarded the badge of honor “Director of Year- 2013” by the Independent Social Council of the “100 Best Pre-School Education Institutions in Russia” competition.

She is the author of the book “Where Does Happiness Live in the Instagram Era” (2018).

Laura Abramova
Leading Resource Teacher

Laura Abramova graduated from the Herzen Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute with the qualification of a speech therapist. She completed the courses “Speech therapists for psychological & medical commissions and centers”, “Psychological & Pedagogical Diagnostics, Early Infantile Autism”, “Diagnostics and Correction”, “Methodology for Abnormalities”, “Child Speech Pathology”, “Logopedic Massage” at the Institute of Correctional Pedagogy.

She is an expert in the field of developmental psychology of preschool and correctional pedagogy. Her experience in teaching is more than 30 years.

Since 2015 she has been the head of the developmental support service at “Kids’ Estate” kindergarten.

She spares no efforts to surround kids with an atmosphere of kindness, trust and goodwill so that the kids leave the classes in a good mood and wish to come back.

Communicating with children, Laura adheres to the statement:” We should not be next to or above children but should be together with them!” Its goal is to promote the development of a child as an individual. Every meeting with her becomes a source of joy for children. Based on the approach of “zone of proximal development” Laura reveals the individuality of every child no matter how the group mates consider him/her, “strong” or “weak” person.

Anastasia Lebedeva

Anastasia is a graduate of the Presidential Management Training Program.

Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University and Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

She has been working in the field of information technology since 1997. Since 2004, she has held senior positions in the leading Russian IT companies. Participant of international projects, IT conferences and internships.

Anastasia has a track record of more than 300 information systems implemented in the interests of the major players in the commercial sector and the state structures of Russia, including the Government of the Russian Federation, the Government of Moscow, the Government of the Moscow region, the Moscow metro, group of companies "Basic element", PJSC "Polyus", etc.

Kirill Ignatiev

Kirill Ignatiev is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group of Companies “Russian investments”, Project Coordinator “Technical Progress and Economy of the Future “, futurologist, and technology investor.

He graduated with honors from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and from the Deputy Corps Academy with the qualification of Political Scientist. In the past, he was a Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the First Deputy Director General of ORT (Russian Public Television).

Since 2000 – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group of Companies “Russian investments”.

The company manages finances, invests in commercial real estate, technological and IT projects, the development of new materials, industrial composite production, and engineering. He is a co-founder of an engineering company “KB Arkhipov” (the development of unmanned vehicles and tractors, composite parts and bodies, “smart” luggage) and “Composite Manufactory” LLC, Eyezon digital service.

He is an initiator of several "Boiling Points" ASI, author of 14 publications in the field of macroeconomics, business management and architectural history. He is involved in teaching and research activities related to "The economy of the future and technical progress“ at a number of universities. He is the lecturer and coordinator of the project "Technical Progress and the Economy of the Future" established by RANEPA.

Kirill is a multi-faceted person. He collects antiques, supervises a number of projects in the field of charity and culture, and he is the President of the Architectural Monuments Charity Fund. He is a publisher of the newspaper "Plyosskie vedomosti" and co-founder of “Nasledniki” film studio.

A member of Sotheby’s and one of the main sponsors involved in the acquisition of A. Tarkovsky’s archives (film director) for the State Museum in Ivanovo region.
